Dental Implants

All-on-4 Dental Implants

Replace an entire arch of missing teeth with just four implants — a full smile that's fixed and permanent.

What Is All-on-4 Dental Implants?

All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration technique where an entire upper or lower arch of teeth is supported by just four strategically angled implants. It's designed for patients who have lost most or all their teeth (or whose remaining teeth cannot be saved). The angled placement of the back implants allows the bridge to be supported even in areas of reduced bone density, often eliminating the need for extensive bone grafting.

How It Works

All remaining compromised teeth are extracted (if applicable), four implants are placed in the arch, and a temporary full-arch prosthesis is attached the same day. After osseointegration (3–6 months), the final porcelain or zirconia bridge is attached permanently.

Key Benefits

  • Full arch restored in a single surgical appointment
  • Often leaves the same day with a temporary set of teeth
  • More cost-effective than replacing every tooth individually
  • Fixed — not removable like dentures
  • Bone stimulation prevents the facial collapse associated with dentures
